This spring JAMES BLUNDELL goes live, intimate and unplugged with the AUSSIE LEGENDS HEMP LOST HIGHWAY TOUR, headlining his own shows, and appearing at Music Festivals around the country…
The 2022 whispers that James was in the USA recording a new album with the acclaimed Grammy winning production team of Larry Campbell and Justin Guip have turned into 2023 reality. Sideways, the incendiary first single from World Don’t Stop announced a revitalised James Blundell.
Now, to coincide with the release of the second single Queen of The Lost Highway already being hailed as an instant classic, James Blundell is taking to the road.
So, what can you expect when you see James Blundell on stage in 2023?
“I am going live, intimate, and unplugged. Sometimes it will be Father and Son when Briar takes to the stage, sometimes it will be with surprise guests. I will be premiering a selection of the songs from my new album, and I am really excited to be sharing them BUT I will also be playing a very healthy dose of all the fan favourites from across my song book. Can’t wait to do it!’
Here’s two recent interviews with Channel Nine XTRA hosts David Campbell and Sylvia Jeffreys and Studio Ten’s Angela Bishop, Daniel Doody, Narelda Jacobs & Tristan MacManus talking history, Aussie Legends hemp and hit singles.
The Studio Ten interview features an excellent unplugged acoustic version of Sideways.
